Beverage warehousing. High-volume, heavy, floor-loaded and palletized. Beverage is one of the programs this building was set up for: fast container turns, dense floor storage, and outbound on our own trucks so a full truckload does not wait on a broker to find capacity.

Consumer goods and general merchandise. Housewares, hardware, apparel, seasonal and promotional product. If it arrives floor-loaded, we palletize it. If it needs retail labels or a carton mark before it ships, that happens here too — see pallet rework and apparel distribution.

About 20 minutes south, in Kent — close enough for a same-day dray and quick outbound, without paying Seattle-waterfront rates.

Can you receive my import containers directly?

Yes — we dray the box off the terminal, unload and put it away ready to ship, all in-house.

Do you offer flexible, short-term storage?

Yes — by the day, week or month, so you only pay for the space you actually use.

Do you handle e-commerce fulfillment too?

Yes — pick and pack and order fulfillment ship from the same Kent facility your inventory is stored in.

Do you warehouse food and beverage products?

Dry ambient, yes — packaged food, grocery and beverage move through here in volume. We do not operate refrigerated or frozen space.

Can you handle distribution to Seattle-area retailers?

Yes. Outbound runs on our own trucks across the Seattle metro and the Puget Sound, including routing-guide-compliant retail deliveries with scheduled appointments.

Is your warehouse actually in Seattle?

It is in Kent, about 20 minutes south of the Harbor Island and SODO terminals. That is deliberate — you get port proximity without paying Seattle-waterfront rates per pallet, and outbound reaches the whole metro faster from the valley than from the waterfront.
